“Before my sessions with Gill I had a lot of stress around work: one example would be anxiety over my ability to do the job in hand and perceiving everything as a problem I could not cope with. This negative thinking consumed my time and energy in a very destructive way and fed into a cycle of anxiety which I didn’t know how to break. I was unsure what to expect, or how it would work and if it would work for me even if it worked for others.
I’ve achieved positive results from the EFT, which has led to me being able to control and defuse moments of anxiety better. I’m very happy with the results of working with Gill as this work has opened up some valuable EFT and breathing techniques which allow me to manage and control anxiety events better and I’m now starting to look at and tackle the root causes of the anxiety/stress I get from my job.
